Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the Boneless Standing Rib Roast is to roast it in the oven at 500 degrees fahrenheit for 15 minutes then lower to 325 degrees for the remainder of the time. To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.
Preferred Cooking Time: The Boneless Standing Rib Roast should be roasted in the oven for 15 minutes at 500 degrees and then lowered to 325 degrees for another 13-15 minutes per pound. The internal temperature should reach 125 degrees fahrenheit.
