USDA Prime Beef Tenderloin (Trimmed)
All Second City Prime Steak & Seafood Company products come individually vacuum sealed and frozen - guaranteed in your freezer for 6-9 months.
Cut: The Tenderloin
Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the Prime Beef Tenderloin is to roast it in the oven! The oven should be preheated to 275 degrees fahrenheit. To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.
Preferred Cooking Time: The Prime Beef Tenderloin should be roasted in the oven until the internal temperature hits at least 120 degrees fahrenheit. Once done, move pan up to the top rack of the oven and turn on broiler for about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing into it.
