Cut: Muscle that runs along the backbone.
Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the Berkshire Pork Tenderloin is indirect grilling! Set your grill to 450 degrees fahrenheit. Indirect grilling is a better way of cooking thicker cut meats while preserving all the natural juices. First step is to turn on two out of the three burners on your grill. The middle burner should be the one turned off and your grill should be heated to 450 degrees fahrenheit. You will then place your meat on the middle burner while it's off and cover it with the lid. Finally, just wait and enjoy! To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.
Preferred Cooking Time: The Berkshire Pork Tenderloin should be indirect grilled for 20 minutes or until it reaches at least an internal temperature of 145 degrees fahrenheit.
