Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the Berkshire Pork Loin Cap is to roast it! Make sure to preheat your oven to 475 degrees fahrenheit. To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.
Preferred Cooking Time: The Berkshire Pork Loin Cap should be roasted in the oven for 25 minutes. Then, the oven temperature should be reduced to 350 degrees fahrnehit and roasted for 40 minutes longer or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees fahrenheit.
