Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for a Frenched Rack of Pork is grilling to medium! The grill should be set to 450 degrees fahrenheit. To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.

Preferred Cooking Time: The Frenched Rack of Pork should be put in the oven for about 1 1/2 hours depending on your preferred doneness. The internal temperature should reach at least 145 degrees. Cooking low and slow results in more tender and juicy meat!
