Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for a Rack of Lamb is grilling to medium! The grill should be set to 450 degrees fahrenheit. To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.
Preferred Cooking Time: The Rack of Lamb should be grilled for 15-20 minutes depending on your preferred doneness. The internal temperature should reach at least 120 degrees for rare, 125 degrees for medium rare, 130 degrees for medium, and 145 degrees for well done. *We don't recommend cooking past medium.
