Pan-Searing:

    • Cooking: Heat a pan with a small amount of oil over medium-high heat. Sear the liver slices for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are browned on the outside but still slightly pink in the center.
    • Tip: Avoid overcooking to maintain tenderness and avoid a metallic taste.
