Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the delectable Wagyu Steak Burgers is... grilling. The optimal grill temperature is 450 degrees fahrenheit. To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.
Preferred Cooking Time: The Wagyu Steak Burgers should be grilled for 2-3 minutes on each side, 5 minutes for medium, and 6-7 minutes for well done. The meat should reach an internal temperature of at least 135 degrees fahrenheit.
