After they are thawed, they can be marinated with our Umami Marinade for a few hours, then cooked on high heat on the grill or in the oven. Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the Raw Jumbo Gulf Shrimp is to marinate them with our Umami glaze for a couple hours, then cook on high heat on the grill or in the oven.
Preferred Cooking Time: The Raw Jumbo Gulf Shrimp should be grilled to achieve a desired crispiness. Pre-heat your grill to 350-450 degrees fahrenheit. Grill the shrimp over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, turning the shrimp halfway through grilling.
