Second City Prime's Berkshire Thick Cut Bacon is smoked over hickory hardwood and lightly cured. We only use 100% Berkshire Pork with no added saline. Using only the belly's already refined salty taste paired with the hickory hardwood flavor, our bacon is sure to add flavor to a couple of eggs or wrapped around a pitted date.

Preferred Cooking Time: The Berkshire Thick Cut Bacon should be cooked in a pan on medium-high heat for 10-12 minutes or until it reaches your desired crispness.
