Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the Wagyu Short Rib is grilling it! The optimal grilling temperature should be 350 degrees fahrenheit. To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.

Preferred Cooking Time: The Wagyu Short Rib should be grilled for a total of 15 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 130 degrees fahrenheit. Lastly, top off with green onion and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
