Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the Wagyu New York Strip is to cook it in the oven at 250 degrees fahrenheit until your meat hits an internal temperature of 115 degrees fahrenheit. Then you should place it on a pan for a quick sear. To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat.

Preferred Cooking Time: The Wagyu New York Strip should be in the oven until it reaches an internal temperature of 115 degrees fahrenheit. After, place it on a high heat pan and sear it for about 1 minute on each side.
